Logistics activities for exporting large projects, encompassing the entire logistic chain, from the factory’s exit located in Ipatinga-MG to the final destinations, nationally and internationally.

Among the projects, a few stand out:

PROJECT BRIDGE OVER THE ORENOCO RIVER - VENEZUELA

Origin: Factory Usiminas Mechanic S.A. - Ipatinga - MG
Destination: Praia Mole Port - ES (boarding to Venezuela)
Load: 44 beams Average weight: 70 ton
SET DIMENSION (Transporting equipment + load):  
Length: 25m                          Width: 6m                  Height: 6,7m

The most important part of Logistics was the transportation of the box beams with individual weight of up to 95 tons and measuring up to 12 meters in length, 6 meters wide and 6,7 meters high.
The biggest obstacle was the Contorno Highway overpass (access to the Port, Praia Mole - ES), where a detour was set up so that the trucks could cross.
